How to Maintain Team Culture Remotely

It’s hard to maintain a strong team culture in the workplace. And it’s even harder to maintain team culture during stressful times… like during a worldwide pandemic for instance. 

When there is mandatory physical distancing, we need to rely on our co-workers and teams more then before to be a positive support system and keep the business running as smoothly as possible. Staying connected virtually and maintaining those team bonds is challenging.
